PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

You must have a valid passport book to enter and return from Mexico. Your passport must be valid for six months from the date you arrive in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Make sure you carry a copy of your passport in the event yours is misplaced.

MISSED FLIGHTS / CANCELLATIONS

At the airport, if your flight has been cancelled or if you miss your flight, proceed to your airline to reschedule. CHECKED LUGGAGE

Airlines charge for checked luggage. Baggage fees are your responsibility and can range from $30 to $75 for your first bag within the weight limit of less than 50 lbs. Any bag over 50 lbs is subject to an additional fee of $100 or more. You must limit your luggage to two pieces per person. One additional piece of carry-on luggage is permitted and must fit under the seat of the aircraft. As these regulations are different for each airline, please check with your individual carrier prior to departure for current guidelines.

LOST LUGGAGE

You will need to check with your airline and report any lost luggage.
Neither SRS Distribution nor The GRA Group are responsible for lost luggage.
If your homeowner’s insurance does not cover lost luggage, you may wish to purchase a travel insurance policy.

FAREWELL PARTY

Guests are invited to wear all black or all white for this special evening. Whether you prefer resort causal or elegant evening attire, both are perfectly appropriate. Our only request is that you embrace the black-and-white theme.

By participating in this trip, I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks ordinarily associated with travel. I acknowledge that destinations, governmental authorities, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and other travel suppliers may establish or modify health, safety, security, entry, or operational requirements at any time. These may include health screenings, testing or vaccination requirements, travel authorizations, entry forms, quarantine requirements, curfews, closures, reduced operating hours, or limitations on activities and gatherings. I accept responsibility for ensuring that I and my traveling party are medically and legally able to travel and possess all required passports, visas, identification, health documentation, entry forms, authorizations, and other necessary travel documents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, claim, liability, or expense resulting from the inherent risks of travel, my personal circumstances, or my failure to comply with applicable travel requirements.
